Our story
We've been fitting windows and doors across Manchester since 2013. The trade was handed down to us, and so was the standard: do the job right, charge a fair price, and leave the house clean.
ZamZam Windows started in Manchester in 2013 with one rule: fit every window the way you'd fit it in your own house. Over a decade later, nothing about that has changed — not the rule, and not the family running the company.
The work ranges from full houses of anthracite grey uPVC windows and patio doors down to a single hinge that's stopping a window from closing. Big job or small, it gets the same people and the same standard.
Because it's our name on the work, our reputation is personal. Most of our jobs come from reviews, recommendations and customers we've worked for before — and we intend to keep it that way.
How we work

The person who measures your windows owns the company. You'll never sit through a two-hour pitch or a phone call that starts with 'this price is only valid today'. We tell you what it costs, and then we leave you alone to decide.

Quality glass and solid uPVC cost a bit more than the cheapest thing in the catalogue, and it shows — in how the windows operate, how the house holds heat, and how the job looks ten years on. We'd rather explain a fair price once than apologise for a cheap one forever.

If a repair does the job, we quote for the repair — even when a replacement would earn us more. That costs us the odd sale and wins us customers who come back and send their neighbours our way. We'll take that trade every time.
